About Caroline

I have been practicing yoga regularly for 15 years and am endlessly fascinated by its ability to strengthen the body and calm the mind.

Through the years, my practice has been influenced by a range of styles including Astanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Restorative yoga. As a teacher I am accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course and the Yoga Alliance UK Teacher Training. I also have a particular interest in meditation and recently completed a silent Vipassana Retreat at Gaia House in Devon.

My classes could be described loosely as Vinyasa Flow and my yoga sequences are devised to explore a different theme for each class. Above all I am interested in drawing connections between ancient yogic philosophy and modern life.

I aim to offer students an experience away from daily life, where they can connect with their body and mind in a new light.
